By definition, it is the existing state of affairs of any industry, behavior - social or political. If I talk about my fellow millennials, we have experienced an amazing transition ; In Fact, too many in a very short span of time in contrast to how it was pre - Telephone, Personal Computers, Internet, Mobile & the Social Media era. The emergence and adoption of such innovations eventually changed the way we eat, dress, live and communicate.There is no one size fits all, Human Beings by nature have high records in adapting and adopting capabilities over the years of evolution. However, when we continue to do one thing one two many times it becomes an automatic habit, and that as generations pass on becomes the "Status Quo" the way of doings things or rather the way they used to do things, like 'Study Hard, Graduate, Get a Job, and life is settled'.The era that we are in right now is the age of information & inspiration, where every information you need to learn or use is just one click, or one tap (in case of Mobile Devices) away. The market has shifted, yet, most of us are in the automatic mode set by our predecessors.I believe this is the age where the status quo is attacked rendering it shapeless.There is no more ' one way or two ways' of thinking and solving a problem and doing things. Every problem and solutions - Social, Personal or Political are case specific.There is no one size fits all, |
